Will the Yellow Road pass through Livorno?
Alessandro Martelli, owner of the vineyard Azienda Agricola Incontri, shared on the “Yellow Road” information about places in Livorno, the history of which is connected with the brilliant Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani. Amedeo was born in Livorno in 1884. What is now known in Tuscany about the artist?

Already four wineries from Tuscany are represented on the “Yellow Road”: Azienda Agricola Incontri, Villa Spoiano, MorisFarms, Borgo Casa al Vento. All of them are located at a distance of about 80 - 100 kilometers from Livorno. Soon another great winery will join us: Fattoria Di Bacchereto. Traveling through Tuscany and exploring the route of the “Yellow Road”, if desired, a tourist can easily reach to Livorno. But the list of objects from Modigliani is small. Of course, Tuscany is filled (packed like a treasure chest) with huge treasures: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca. But even in these Italian treasures you can hardly find paintings or sculptures of Amedeo. Therefore, only here and only now photos from the exhibition of copies of the brilliant painter.
Amedeo Modigliani is one of my favorite artists. I arranged exhibitions of copies of his paintings in Vilnius and Riga. Several of my sculptures on the paintings of Amedeo decorated Vilnius Audi saloon and Riga Geneva watch store. Maybe you should try to implement some new project (along with the “Yellow Road”) in the artist’s homeland - apartments, cafes, wine, exhibitions or an unusual museum?
